Availability

Wirelessdealsnow.com makes every effort to ensure that we have a full selection and plenty of stock of the products and services our customers need. Occasionally, however, a product / service you have selected may be discontinued and no longer available from a manufacturer or Alltel Wireless. Should this occur, our Customer Service department will notify you immediately (via telephone or email) with the other available options. As Wirelessdealsnow.com does not control manufacturers' delivery schedules, we regret that we cannot provide an absolute date of availability.

On our website, we only display the phones and plans that we are able to directly provide to our customers. The services we can offer in a particular area are dependent upon your billing Zip Code and Alltel Wireless coverage in that area.
Please note that while most products ship directly from the Wirelessdealsnow.com Distribution Center; some products will ship directly from our partners. Please see our customer service policy for more information.


Sales Tax

We are required by law to ensure that sales tax is collected, if necessary. Every state has its own rules for calculating sales tax. Depending on state, sales tax may be based on the retail value of the equipment and NOT based on the price you actually paid. For instance, the retail price of the equipment may actually be $300, but we give it FREE to you. When products are fulfilled directly by our valued partners, final sales tax will be determined and added to your order before shipment.

Pricing

Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for the equipment, shipping and sales taxes. Charges for any service plan(s), including monthly service plan charges and related taxes will be billed separately by the service provider. Wirelessdealsnow.com cannot be held responsible for inaccurate service plan description or pricing.


Despite our best efforts to keep pricing information accurate, there may be rare occasions when our pricing is outdated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but will always contact you to confirm any change before you are charged or before products are shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.


Billing
Products purchased from Wirelessdealsnow.com may be fulfilled / billed by Wirelessdealsnow.com or one of our valued partners. Unless otherwise noted, service providers will bill you directly for the service plan(s) we have initiated on your behalf (their charges would include recurring service plan charges and related taxes / fees). During your contract period, your service provider will send you monthly statements reflecting your combined connection and airtime usage.

For your reference, your order confirmation and receipt will state both "current charges" and "service charges" by billing party. For questions about your Wirelessdealsnow.com bill, please contact Customer Service. If you have questions regarding monthly billing from your service provider, Alltel Wireless, please contact the provider directly.


Rebates

Form time to time Wirelessdealsnow.com will run rebates that will be posted on specific products. If you qualify for a Wirelessdealsnow.com rebate, please follow our rebate instructions on our site and submit the rebate form along with your original receipt within the allowable time frame. Please note that all rebate checks will be mailed to the credit card billing address entered when your order is initially placed.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. At this time, we are unable to accept checks or money orders. We will require a major credit card when placing your order, even if your order total is $0. This will help us to verify your identity and protect you from false purchases made with your personal information. In the event your order total is $0, we will only put a $1 hold on your credit card to make sure it is a valid credit card. The $1 hold on your credit card will be released within a week.
When you place your order, an authorization / hold will be placed on your credit card / debit card. We will only bill against that authorization when the order is shipped. If the order is cancelled, that authorization / hold will be released. Each bank determines when this authorization will be released from your card, ranging from within 24 hours to 7 days later.
Special note for debit card users: While we do accept debit cards as payment, please be aware that an authorization for fund on your debit card may look like an actual charge at the time the order is placed. If you do cancel your order, please be assured that no fund was ever charged to your debit card. However, it may take a few days before the bank releases the authorized fund back to you.

Phone Replacement (New phone without any plan)

If you want to purchase a new phone to use with your existing Alltel Wireless service plan, we can help. Review the cellular phones listed on the site, choose the model that you are interested in and select purchase. Certain Smart Phones require specific rate plans, if this is the case one of our customer service representatives will contact you directly and review your options.

Alltel Wireless does maintain an “upgrade policy” for customers who have maintained service for a specific length of time as well as good pay history. This program will extend to you deep discounts on the equipment you have chosen. Service Upgrades (New phone with Contract Extension)

upgrademyphone@wirelessdealsnow.comyou will be asked to provide specific information that will allow us to verify your eligibility and respond to you within 24 hours. Again, this program will require an extension of one or two years to your Alltel Wireless contract.

Credit check
 
By signing-up for wireless service, you are asking Alltel Wireless to extend a line of credit to you. Besides your name and billing address, Alltel Wireless requires information such as birth date, social security number, employer name, and driver's license to evaluate your credit. Wirelessdealsnow.com encrypts this information prior to sending it to Alltel Wireless and does NOT share this information with other parties. This data is deleted from our database as soon as your credit check is complete.
If Alltel Wireless requires additional information or a deposit after the credit check, we will notify you via email or telephone using the day time contact number you have provided. Please make sure we have the best daytime contact number available so that we can expedite your order process. Regardless of the results of your credit check, Wirelessdealsnow.com will always give you the option of choosing from our selection of pre-paid plans. Please contact Customer Service for more details.
